1. Terms of Use

The following terms and conditions will be deemed to have been accepted by the User on usage of the website http://www.bifm.edu.in. You are requested to read them carefully before you use the services of this site.


a) The term User shall refer to the user who is browsing the Site. The term BIFM shall refer to BIFM and/or its affiliates/subsidiary companies. The term Site refers to www.bifm.edu.in and other websites as mentioned above, owned and monitored by BIFM.

b) By using the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by the following terms and conditions concerning your use of the Site. BIFM may revise the Terms of Use at any time without notice to you. Areas of the Site may have different terms of use posted. If there is a conflict between the Terms of Use and terms of use posted for a specific area of the Site, the latter shall have precedence with respect to your use of that area of the Site.

c) BIFM may terminate a User's access at any time for any reason. The provisions regarding a disclaimer of warranty, accuracy of information, and indemnification shall survive such termination. BIFM may monitor access to the Site.

d) All content present on this site is the exclusive property of BIFM and/or its affiliates/subsidiary companies or the content provider. The software, text, images, graphics, video and audio used on this site belong to BIFM. No material from this site may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, posted or distributed in any form whatsoever without prior written permission from BIFM. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal and/or civil penalties.


e) BIFM does not make any warranties, express or implied, including but without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, with respect to any information, data, statements or products made available on the Site.

f) BIFM does not accept any responsibility towards the contents and/or information practices of third party Sites which have links through BIFM's Site. The said links to internal or external Web site locations are only for the purpose of facilitating your visit or clarifying your query.

j) In no event will BIFM be liable for damages of any kind, including but without limitation, direct, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption and loss of programs or information) arising out of the use of or inability to use BIFM's Web site, or any information provided on the Web site, or in the Products any claim attributable to errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in the Product or interpretations thereof.

k) The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold BIFM harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to any misuse by the User of the content and services provided on the Site.

l) The information contained in the Site has been obtained from sources believed to be reliable. BIFM disclaims all warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of such information.

m) BIFM makes no warranty that: (a) the Site will meet your requirements; (b) the Site will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site or any services offered through the Site will be accurate or reliable.

n) The User's right to privacy is of paramount importance to BIFM. Any information provided by the User will not be shared with any third party except as stated herein. BIFM reserves the right to use the information to provide the User a more personalized online experience.

You agree that BIFM is not responsible for the availability of and content provided on, third party Web sites. 5. Online payment for BLB Institute of Financial Markets Ltd.

BIFM provides through internet access, the facility to pay the dues or fee for various courses conducted by the BLB Institute of Financial Markets Ltd. Following are the important points for the users to remember regarding the online payment facility:
  1. User of this online payment system has to be either a registered student or a prospective student of some course on the BIFM platform. The registered student poses a Student ID issued by BIFM.

  2. The student needs to pay only through the credit card, which he has declared while registering for the program. This Card No. has a mapping with the Student ID entered while accessing the online payment facility. A different Card No will result in failure to access the payment gateway

BIFM has a tie-up with HDFC bank for facilitation of this service and hence the transaction would be completed thru the HDFC payment gateway

    • Before qualifying to be taken to payment gateway, the student needs to get authenticated as a valid student thru a student authentication page on the BIFM website
    • Student needs to pay the exact amount as required by BIFM, keeping in mind the late fees like transfer fee, rejoining fees so that the Student ID does not get blocked because of short payments
    • BIFM has opted for 3D secure system of VISA / MASTER credit cards and hence the student would be again authenticated before the transaction is actually executed.
    • The transaction charges as levied by the respective bank would be applicable as per the user agreement with the bank which has issued the credit card
    • Once the payment has been received by BIFM, the receipt of the payment would be available to the student thru the Student Management System, which is described in the student manual provided to the student during induction to the course
    • Up to date details of all student payments would be available on the student management system and the student can approach the center head(s) to know the status of their payments due.
